GED Tutor in our GED Study Hall Program
**This position works with incarcerated youth inside juvenile detention facilities. Fingerprinting and background check is required.
What: Many juveniles who are in our detention facilities do not have the high school credits to graduate from high school prior to turning 18. For many the only option to continue their education is to receive their GED. Each One Reach One addresses the special academic needs of incarcerated youth by partnering a community member with a youth to work one-on-one to complete a GED while detained.
When: Study Hall is conducted year round, once a week, for 1 ½ hours. Days and times are different at each location.
Where: Study Hall is conducted at two locations.
