Each One Reach One provides five core programs under the ADAPT: A Dream and A Plan for Tomorrow program umbrella. ADAPT has reached more than 1,300 high risk youth in over seven detention facilities and community schools in San Mateo, San Francisco and Santa Clara Counties.
Using the arts and education, Each One Reach One is transforming the lives of youth behind bars to assist them on the path to becoming successful adults and in breaking the cycle of violence that entraps so many of their peers. |
