“I think in my life that's been the best feeling I've had. Seeing my play, my words, come to life made it all. Nothing makes my heart feel better. Seeing the actors, the words, the people crying — that shows that what I have in here can really affect people and I can touch people's souls.”
- Mario Rocha

Populations we serve: Youth of high school age in the Juvenile Justice System or at risk of becoming involved in the system.

Places we work: Programs run in juvenile halls and continuation and alternative high schools in San Mateo and San Francisco counties.

For Professional Actors:

Each One Reach One (EORO) seeks actors who donate their talents and hearts to bring our young writers’ plays to life! If you’re a professional actor, here’s a way for you to help these young men and women and have a voice in their community. Performers rehearse the young writers’ plays (with the young writers in attendance), share dinner with them and their mentors, perform the staged readings before an invited audience of family, peers, facility staff and the general public and join the celebration following the performance.
You’ll discover that these young writers have talent, and that their stories define these young people from a very different perspective than that portrayed in the media. Your performance provides recognition that what they say is important and is often the first time they experience public success.
